Where our hire depots reach
Our main base is in Germiston, Johannesburg, with depots positioned to support busy construction work in the east, north and south of Gauteng, plus major sites in Durban, Pinetown, Cape Town and Bellville. That spread helps us respond quickly to project needs whether you are working on a road upgrade, a warehouse build, a township rollout, or a civil job with tight access and changing site hours.
We regularly deliver into Germiston, Boksburg, Wadeville, Alberton, Kempton Park, Midrand, Pretoria East, Sandton, Randburg, Roodepoort, Tambo Springs and surrounding industrial zones. In KwaZulu-Natal we cover Durban, Pinetown, Springfield, Mobeni, the harbour corridor and nearby inland sites. In the Western Cape we support Cape Town, Bellville, Epping, Montague Gardens, Paarden Eiland and surrounding work areas, with local planning for traffic, loading bays and site rules.
How site delivery is arranged
Once your hire is confirmed, we plan the delivery around your access times, lift plans and site contact details. If your job is on a busy main road, in a fenced industrial park or inside a municipal work zone, we factor in entry permits and offload space before dispatch. That saves time at the gate and avoids the back and forth that can slow a crew down.
Our dispatch team checks the hire item, fuel status where relevant, and any transport requirements before it leaves the depot. For larger machines, we confirm collection points, low-bed access or a suitable offload area. If your site needs a machine swap or a same-day replacement, we work to get the right unit out fast, even when the schedule is tight.
- Confirm the site address, access route and contact person
- Share any gate rules, offload restrictions or permit requirements
- Tell us if the site has limited space, soft ground or steep access
- Book delivery windows that suit your crew and concrete pours
Gauteng construction corridors we support
Gauteng remains our busiest delivery region, and we cover a wide mix of commercial, industrial and residential builds. From high-rise work in Johannesburg to logistics parks in the east and public infrastructure in Pretoria, we move equipment where it is needed and keep turnaround practical. Our Germiston, Midrand, Pretoria East and Boksburg depots help shorten travel times for work across the province.
We are often requested for projects along the N3, N12, R21 and R24 corridors, as well as in industrial nodes such as Jet Park, Chloorkop, Sebenza, Linbro Park and nearby manufacturing zones. When load shedding affects site output, we also assist with generator hire and fuel planning so crews can keep going through long shifts and weekend pours.
- Eastern Gauteng: Boksburg, Germiston, Benoni, Kempton Park
- North and central Gauteng: Midrand, Sandton, Randburg, Roodepoort
- Pretoria side: Pretoria East, Silver Lakes, Menlyn, Samrand, Centurion
KwaZulu-Natal deliveries from Durban and Pinetown
Our KwaZulu-Natal depots serve Durban and Pinetown plus surrounding industrial and coastal areas where humidity, salt air and weather can affect plant condition. We keep that in mind when planning storage, servicing and on-site support. Equipment going into harbour work, coastal developments or steep inland routes is prepared with the job and the climate in mind.
We support building sites in Springfield, South Ridge, Jacobs, Mobeni, Clairwood, New Germany and upper highway areas. For sites in the port zone or near heavy traffic routes, we plan delivery times to reduce delays from truck movement and municipal restrictions. If your crew needs operator supply, breakdown response or fuel management, we can add that into the hire plan.
Western Cape routes and coastal work
In the Western Cape, our Cape Town and Bellville depots assist projects across the metro and surrounding suburbs. We work with contractors on civil works, commercial builds, housing developments and maintenance jobs where access, security and timing all matter. Coastal sites can be hard on plant, so we try to keep servicing regular and reporting clear.
We deliver into Bellville, Epping, Montague Gardens, Parow, Brackenfell, Milnerton, Paarden Eiland, Century City and other areas along the main construction routes. If your work is in a managed estate or industrial park, we can provide the right documentation for access. On sites with narrow streets or limited parking, we will plan the drop-off to suit the area and the machine size, no need for guesswork.
- Urban sites with strict access control
- Coastal developments exposed to wind and salt air
- Projects needing weekend support or plant swop-outs
- Long-term hires with scheduled servicing and off-hire collections
What to do before requesting delivery
To keep delivery simple, have your site information ready before you submit the enquiry form. The clearer the details, the easier it is for our team to match the machine, driver and transport to the job. If you are unsure about the right plant size, we can help you plan around excavation depth, ground conditions and working space.
Useful details include the suburb or industrial area, nearest access point, delivery hours, whether the site is level, and if there are overhead cables, gates or bridge height limits. If the job runs after hours or over a weekend, say so early so we can check depot timing and availability. That way the hire starts on the right foot and the crew can get on with work.
- Site address and nearest landmark
- Type of work and expected duration
- Access limits, security steps and offload space
- Any need for operator supply, fuel or safety documents
